Stamatis works as Director, Head of IT Operations, with more than 22 years of experience, specializing in ISS, IS design and deployment, IT security and Microsoft Products implementation, currently focusing on VMWARE, RHEL, Hyperscalers and Microsoft SQL Server platforms through a managerial/architectural perspective.
He has a proven track record of team leadership and influencing in Information Technology sector.
Stamatis holds an MSc in Information Systems and a BA (Hons) in Business Management; he is currently awarded 5 MCP Certifications, aiming for few more, as well as various certifications and trainings on edge-technology topics, Information Security, EU and IT Security Governance Directives, including TUV 27001:2013 Lead Auditor Certification and GDPR Certifications of Attendance in numerous conferences.
He spends his limited free time building LEGOs or enjoying photography.
He is a passionate 5k-10k runner and goal breaker.
Stamatis is a happy husband and proud father of three.
